Grassroots Goals

NAIFA must maintain a constant state of preparedness if we are going to continue to be successful legislatively. To achieve that success, all NAIFA members and state and local associations have a role to play. Below are the goals we are looking to achieve collectively:

  • 1. Recruit more members to join NAIFA’s advocacy programs

  • 2. Increase GovAlert response rates

  • 3. Increase district meeting activity

  • 4. Increase in-person and telephone town hall participation

  • 5. Increase overall number of grassroots contacts

  • 6. Increase number of key contacts

  • 7. Educate NAIFA members about the importance of political involvement during every association meeting and in association publications

  • 8. Engage clients and third party organizations in advocacy efforts
