NAIFA CEO, Kevin Mayeux, CAE, kicked off the May Chapter Leaders Webinar with a Congressional Conference update. Currently, there are more than 600 individuals registered, which includes both members and nonmembers!
NAIFA's Policy Director, Maeghan Gale, provided Chapter Leaders an update on the recent New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, ruling that state Insurance Regulation 187, “Suitability and Best Interests in Life Insurance and Annuity Transactions,” is unconstitutional. Maeghan will also be featured in the upcoming, "Tax Trends: Eight New Proposals Advisors Shouldn't Ignore," webinar on May 18!

Suzanne also announced that NAIFA has a new 100% Agency, Primary Financial!
