In February 2018, NAIFA acquired a seasoned association management company with strong ties to and experience with management of NAIFA Chapters and has steadily built on its reputation of outstanding professional management. Chapter management services are delivered by NAIFA’s Member and Chapter Services (MACS) Team, who, with more than a century of combined experience in association management, will provide the depth and breadth of experience necessary to deliver a quality management solution for your Chapter.
