NAIFA's National Leadership Conference (NLC) and Belong awards celebration will be December 3-5, 2023, at the Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Washington, D.C. Registration is now open. The NLC brings our chapter and national leaders together to ensure everyone is on the same page when it comes to growing membership, amplifying NAIFA’s brand, and building a stronger membership experience in 2024.

Attendance at the 2023 NLC is crucial for all NAIFA leaders and future leaders. It is where we articulate our strategies for success and ensure we are in alignment as we advance our commitment to serving and empowering NAIFA Nation. It is an event where we learn, grow, and inspire our peers for the betterment of our association, the entire community of insurance and financial advisors, and the consumers who rely on our products, services, and advice. The NLC is a direct call to action for NAIFA leaders.

NLC, as always, will have a strong advocacy component and will conclude with a day on Capitol Hill that is a crucial part of NAIFA's yearlong grassroots strategy. Meetings with lawmakers reinforce NAIFA's advocacy message, keep our association top-of-mind for lawmakers whose decisions impact our members' businesses and clients, and build momentum for the 2024 Congressional Conference.

NLC and Belong are also our opportunity to recognize and celebrate our volunteer leaders and national award recipients.
