As the premier advocacy association of insurance and financial advisors, NAIFA urges all eligible Americans to use their right to vote. There are things that agents and advisors can do to promote voting, even in a non-national election year.

NAIFA is a partner of Employees Vote and will be commemorating Employee Voter Registration Week (September 18-22) and National Voter Registration Day (September 19) with blog posts on NAIFA's Advocacy in Action blog and consumer blog. We will also be active on social media, posting to NAIFA's national and consumer channels as well as those of chapters whose social media we manage.

Also watch for resource pages on NAIFA's website where leaders and members can get promotional materials. NAIFA leaders should also steer members to NAIFA's Get Out the Vote resource page. This page includes valuable information on voter information, election dates, candidates, and much more.

Much of NAIFA's Get Out the Vote Content for our members will be sponsored by IFAPAC and will make the connection between being a good NAIFA citizen and fully participating in the political process.
