The leaders of NAIFA Nation are invited to come together in person for the first time since 2019. State and chapter presidents, presidents-elect, government relations chairs, grassroots chairs, IFAPAC chairs, membership chairs, and YAT chairs are all encouraged to join their peers in Washington, D.C. December 5-7 for the National Leadership Conference. 

On January 1, 2019, a "New NAIFA" was born. Since then, our leadership has been building and developing strategies under our new structure. The inaugural National Leadership Conference is the keystone to growing our association for the next 100 years. It is crucial that NAIFA's volunteer leaders participate in this conference to elevate all of our chapters to their greatest potential.

Be sure that all of your key leadership positions have registered and that your chapter is well-represented during the National Leadership Conference.
