Earlier this month, more than 350 NAIFA members, guests, sponsors, and staff gathered in Washington, D.C., to plan for NAIFA Nation's future success and honor our leaders and award winners during the National Leadership Conference and Belong Awards Celebration. Immediate Past President Tom Michel declared during the kick-off of our Belong Awards Celebration that after four years into the new structure of NAIFA, we have completed the transition process into One NAIFA.

Following the conference, attendees headed to Capitol Hill to meet with federal legislators on issues impacting our industry and our clients.
