We are looking for experienced financial professionals to serve as LUTCF mentors to assist LUTCF students in maximizing their professional training experience to allow them to thrive in the insurance and financial services industry. 

LUTFC Mentors will provide input and personal perspectives on topics within the LUTCF curriculum including prospecting, sales, discovery and fact-finding, life insurance, and advanced planning.

Mentors will participate in meetings with an assigned LUTCF student. These meetings will occur following the completion of each of the 26 LUTCF course modules for one year. Each meeting will take approximately 1-2 hours. Meetings can be virtual or in-person.

LUTCF Mentors should be experienced financial professionals interested in imparting guidance and knowledge to a newer advisor. LUTCF designation holder is preferred, but not required.
