Submit your 2022 Chapter Leaders today! All Chapter elections should be completed and reported by Monday, November 15. Each Chapter is required to submit this report only once. The form not only asks for 2022 Chapter Leaders, but also requests your Chapter mailing address, phone, email, and website. If you are a State Chapter, you will also need to provide information on your lobbyist.
