During September's Membership Chairs Meeting, it was announced that as of September 14, we have surpassed our 2019 numbers! Thank you to all chapter staff and chapter leaders who have worked tirelessly to make this happen. Let's finish 2020 strong!
More highlights of the September meeting included:

- Advocacy led membership campaign.
- Age distribution of current members vs. new members as of January 1, 2019.
- Group Memberships
- New to social media! Loyal member lists.
- No new member will be left behind.
- Personal calls, emails and links to on-demand orientations will be sent to any new member who hasn't gone through orientation.
- Q4 Membership Growth Challenge
- Percentage of growth from August 31 numbers.
- Top state will earn $500.
- State and local membership chairs from the winning state will be featured in the Advisor Today magazine, as well as on social media.
- Side contests have already been formed between MA vs. NJ and CA vs. FL vs. TX.
