Alaina Faiello, DES, Vice President of Professional Development, and Director of Professional Development, Brendan Bernat, began this month’s Chapter Programs Chair Meeting with a welcome to attendees and a re-introduction of the NAIFA Professional Development staff.

In addition, the following topics were discussed:

• NAIFA Live Updates

• LILI Updates

Lastly, Alaina and Brendan gave the Chapter Programs Chairs a chance to brainstorm answers to the question, “How can you design compelling meetings and programming for 2022 and beyond?” Ideas were shared from Chapters in New Mexico, New Jersey, North Dakota, Greater Washington DC, Utah, Illinois, and Indiana!
