Over the past year, NAIFA has completely reworked and modernized the LUTCF curriculum to make the best use of advances in technology and reflect current insurance industry conditions. The new LUTCF is specifically designed for early-career financial professionals and those who have entered the business via mid-career changes. Course content consists of a series of educational modules presented as self-paced micro-learns. Each module can be accessed online by students and contains both audio and video elements.

You Can Be a Mentor

Are you looking for a way to both grow NAIFA membership engagement and expand your network? Serving as a LUTCF Mentor allows you to do both! We are looking for experienced financial professionals who are willing to provide input and personal perspectives on a variety of topics included within the LUTCF curriculum for current LUTCF students.

The time commitment is 2-3 hours per month with one student throughout their coursework. Mentors should be experienced financial professional interested in imparting guidance and knowledge to a newer advisor. Holding the LUTCF designation is preferred but not required.
