Did you know that NAIFA has a free program designed for college students considering a career in the insurance and financial services industry? Our Future Leaders program has had hundreds of students come through since launching in 2021. Our next course starts in April. This is a great opportunity to talk to your clients with college students about all the opportunities this industry can provide.  Do you have a student-athlete in your life? Check out this video from NAIFA-Secretary, Chris Gandy talking about how a career in insurance and financial services is a natural fit for athletes.

The program breaks down the complex industry to help students understand how many career pathways exist and discern what might make for a great fit. Students who attend live will get an opportunity to engage with these dynamic advisors and agents and walk away from the program with several contacts in the industry. Thanks to Cheryl Canzanella, Rick Demko, Chris Gandy, Derek Scheetz, Kathleen Owings, and Mimie Yoon-Lee who have raised their hand to lead the upcoming course.
