NAIFA's Find an Advisor search on our consumer site has gotten an upgrade. Over the last few months, you've heard the buzz around the advisor directory found on FinancialSecurity.org. This week we are pleased to launch a new feature on the site, badges for NAIFA Quality Award recipients and Financial Security Advocate.

The Financial Security Advocate badge is given to individuals who have completed the Grassroots Engagement Course. The 3-part series takes you through the fundamentals of advocacy and builds up to advanced concepts. Displaying the FSA badge on your profile lets consumers know that you are committed to advocating for their financial security.

The NAIFA Quality Award (NQA) has long been a hallmark of advisors providing quality customer care. Members who have earned this badge from the previous year will have this badge on their profile. This badge will be updated each winter. Be sure to apply for the 2022 NQA to ensure consumers see your commitment to your clients and the industry when they are searching for an advisor.
