NAIFA has announced the 2023 recipients of several national awards and will honor the recipients at the National Leadership Conference and Belong awards celebration in Washington, D.C., on December 4.
The winners are:
- Terry Headley Lifetime Defender: John Davidson
- NAIFA Diversity Champion: Win Havir
- Advisor Today's 4 Under 40: Matthew Cloutier, Jennifer Lewis, Mike Paffhausen, and Joseph Spinelli
All NAIFA leaders should plan to attend the NLC to honor our award recipients, share ideas and best practices, and participate in our Day on the Hill grassroots advocacy.
