Membership, Membership, Membership! We all want to see NAIFA grow and we would be thrilled to see our chapter executives receive their membership growth bonus this year. NAIFA will be providing chapter leaders with some additional lists this week to help your efforts.

Chapter leaders are currently receiving reports which contain members who recently expired (meaning their membership is 1 to 90 days past their renewal date) and the lapsed list (meaning those who have been expired more than 90 days).

Leaders will receive two additional lists this week, Hot Prospects and Hot Renewals.

Hot prospects are non-members who have engaged with NAIFA such as registering for a webinar, signing up for a blog subscription, etc. received an email from NAIFA earlier this week. Chapters will receive a list of those people who opened or clicked a link within the email.

Former members who had membership expiration dates between January 1 and March 31 received an email to encourage them to take a second look at NAIFA. Like the prospect list, chapter leaders will receive a list of those individuals who opened or clicked a link in the email.
