- President, President-Elect and at least 80% of the Board participates.
- Filing of Chapter Annual Report by February 15.
- Finalize and report a Chapter Affiliate map by March 31 (State Chapters Only).
- Implementation of model Bylaws and revised Chapter Agreement by May 1.
- Chapter attendance at Congressional Conference.
