She helps to foster diversity and inclusion efforts across the life insurance industry as chair of The American Council of Life Insurers’ (ACLI) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Forum, which is responsible for strategies to integrate DEI into ACLI’s industry portfolio. Miriam also provides insights and perspectives to drive excellence in the global diversity and inclusion marketplace by serving as a director on the Diversity MBA Advisory Leadership Board for P&L Groups, LTD of IL Holding Company.
