You asked, we listened. The Chapter Playbook now includes a sample Apparent Authority Policy! An Apparent Authority Policy provides guidance concerning who is authorized to make public statements on behalf of or as a representative of a Chapter and the way such public statements should be handled. The policy also provides guidance as to the distribution of documents or other information from a Chapter by the Executive Committee.
