"It's very much in our control because we can create the future, but we have to have that discipline," he said. "And I think a lot of that discipline comes from being committed and participating with your colleagues to make sure that good things happen. Because in the absence of good people doing good things bad things happen, and the only way we can get away from those is by people being involved and committed."
