Every NAIFA leader should plan to attend the National Leadership Conference and Belong awards celebration, December 3-5, in Washington, D.C. The event recognizes our leaders and gives you a chance to share your ideas with your peers from around the country. You also want to be there to:

• Celebrate John Newton Russell Memorial Award recipient Joe Jordan, as well as NAIFA's Terry Headley Lifetime Defender, Young Advisor Team Leader of the Year, Diversity Champion, and Advisor Today  4 Under 40 winners.
• Hear from NAIFA's national leadership, special guests, and leadership panels.
• Participate in the swearing in of NAIFA's 2024 national and chapter leaders.
• Take NAIFA's advocacy message to Capitol Hill in meetings with Congressional offices.
