The Triangle Team is our newest membership recognition program that recognizes our most engaged members. We launched the Triangle Team at this year's Congressional Conference after the Trifecta Committee came up with the idea earlier in the year. To remind you, the Trifecta Committee combines:
- Membership
- Grassroots
- IFAPAC
Starting in 2022, the national committees of these three groups started meeting together to ideate as to how we can work more closely together and ensure that we are supporting each others' efforts so that we stay the formidable force that NAIFA is known to be at the state and federal levels. We affectionately call this combo committee the Trifecta Committee and came up with the Triangle Team to reward and recognize our members.
To explain the Triangle Team, our leaders have come together to create this explainer video that outlines what it is and how you qualify for Triangle Team. This year, we will have a special reception recognizing Triangle Team members at National Leadership Conference and 2024 will see an expanded program for the Team.

Feel free to play this video at your meetings and use the PowerPoint template provided to recognize your members at chapter events. You'll also notice that Triangle Team members have a pin that signifies their engagement status and we plan to start sending pins directly to members in 2024 and will have extras for chapters as well.
Triangle Team is a fun new way to give extra love to our members and a great way to get them more involved in NAIFA.!
