ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership has recognized NAIFA's Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) as an initiative with far-reaching benefits important to NAIFA members' profession and industry. NAIFA is one of 16 winners – from among hundreds of applicants – of the ASAE Gold Power of Association Award. 

As most NAIFA leaders are aware, LILI is a six-month leadership development program devoted to advancing NAIFA members' personal growth and professional success. More than 3,000 NAIFA members have graduated from LILI and many serve among NAIFA's national and chapter leadership. Distinguished alumni include 12 of NAIFA's past 15 national Presidents, as well as President-Elect Bryon Holz and Secretary Tom Cothron. In recent years, more than 65% of NAIFA State Chapter Presidents have been LILI graduates.

Online LILI, which debuted last year, makes participating in a LILI class easier than ever. This is a great time for our chapter leaders to promote our award-winning LILI program to NAIFA members.
