In 2022, the Board of Trustees decided that our core focus was going to be on Grassroots, IFAPAC, and Membership. At the end of the month, the national chairs of each of these committees, along with the Office of the President, will collaborate together for the first time. We will hold standing meetings with this group once per quarter in 2023. This will ensure that NAIFA stays aligned with our mission to focus on our grassroots involvement, increase IFAPAC participation, and attract and retain members.
To further ensure that these three areas remain a focus, state grassroots, IFAPAC, and membership chairs will be notified, along with the chapter executive and state president when a new member joins their chapter. This is an opportunity to engage and educate these new members, while also welcoming them into your chapter. If you are currently serving on one of these positions for your state chapter, please watch your inbox for emails from Kevin Rara stating that you have a new member in your state.
