We have started to see some movement in the chapters with our Summer Membership Challenge! Our first results will officially be posted on Monday, but you can also catch up each week in the Leaders Blog! Help your State chapter win cash prizes to be put back into your programs and membership development.  We are a word-of-mouth society and your referrals are our future members, so let's get out the invites to those financial service professionals (attorneys, agents, advisors, loan officers, financial coaches, and accountants) that you know who are good candidates for NAIFA membership. Make sure they use your name and you will be rewarded! 

Big shout out to NAIFA-Illinois Executive Director, Sara Decatoire, CAE, IOM for leveraging an opportunity in her state this month! NAIFA Coach, Walter Bond will come to select cities this summer to offer his Shark Mindset Sales System to financial service professionals. When Sara heard that Walter was offering two workshops in the Chicago area, she decided to take it a step further and filed for CEs in Illinois, adding extra value to the attendees. Workshop sessions are open to members and nonmembers. There will be a table set up with information about joining NAIFA available. Sara, along with other NAIFA members will attend the events to answer any questions and sign up new members to NAIFA. We are #NAIFAproud that Sara took the initiative to make this into a real win-win! 

NAIFA-Wisconsin was recently spotted for celebrating a recent Birthday! June 17, 1936, marks the day when NAIFA-Wisconsin was born. 88 years of existence and what a storied existence it is.

Originally chartered as the Wisconsin State Association of Life Underwriters, the original people forming the Wisconsin corporation were Alvin Moser & J.N. Patterson of Milwaukee, E.G. MacDonald of Sheboygan, and Robert L. Hesse of Madison. As they celebrate 88 years, let’s raise a toast to our members' continued vision and vitality well into the future!
