NAIFA is excited to announce "Operation Membership," a concerted effort to accelerate engagement and adoption of NAIFA’s membership strategy by its Chapters to achieve our stated membership goals for the current year and the year to come.

Tactics:           

1. Engage Chapter Membership Chairs on a weekly Membership Monday Check-In call lasting only 15 minutes or less at 4:00 PM Eastern, sharing high-level data and 2-3 action items for the ensuing week.
2. Engage NAIFA’s Executive Committee to reach out to Chapter Presidents to better engage their Chapter Executives, Membership Chairs, and Board Members in pursuit of our membership goals for the current year and into next year.
3.  Create and maintain trackable metrics to regularly report on and reinforce objectives, sending reports in frequent intervals.
4. Leverage the relationship with Walter Bond to inspire, motivate, and drive results.

Objectives:    

1. Generate and report membership leads.
2. Schedule and hold agency/firm presentations.
3. Identify and report 100% Agency & Financial Security Champion candidates.
4. Locate and attend trade show opportunities.
5. Make membership care calls and report results.
6. Attain Membership Chair attendance at the National Leadership Conference (NLC).
