NAIFA's Halloween virtual event, "Don't Be Scared of Long-Term Care," brought to you by the Limited & Extended Care Planning Center (LECP), is not just for advisors who specialize in LTC. Based on member feedback, we are pleased to bring you a new program called MentorLoop. We will use a software platform called MentorLoop to facilitate the connections, the collaboration, and the progress of each mentor-mentee pair.

Looking for Our Initial Mentor-Mentee Pairs

The program is completely free, but is limited to 25 mentors and 25 mentees to try out this new program. You can sign up as a mentor, or a mentee, and matches will be made based on interest areas and compatibility profiles. Each matched pair will chart their own path using the easy-to-use MentorLoop software. 

Did you know that since 2021 more than 400 students from more than 100 schools have participated in NAIFA's Future Leaders program? This free program gives college students an opportunity to hear directly from NAIFA members about their careers, the path they took to get where they are, and the things they know now, that they wish they would have known back then. If you know of a student (or even a child or grandchild of a client) interested in a career in our industry, invite them to participate in our Future Leaders program. Our fall session started on October 4th, but students can catch up on demand.
