Chapter Staff and Chapter Leaders from across NAIFA Nation met on April 3rd, for the April Chapter Leaders Webinar. Attendees were able to hear the latest NAIFA updates and announcements! This month's Chapter Leaders Webinar featured:

NAIFA-South Dakota was recently spotted for their upcoming Bites and Insights Affiliate Event! On May 12th, the Sioux Falls Affiliate will welcome Steve Parrish, JD, RICP, CLU, ChFC, AEP, and his presentation, "Merging Estate Planning into the Retirement Income Process". Participants will gain insights into optimizing asset location, leveraging government benefits, and addressing legacy concerns.

Topic announcement! Corey Mathews, Vice President of Membership and Chapter Services, will be conducting our Q2 training webinar, “Awards & Recognition - Utilizing NAIFA's New Universal Application Cycle,” on April 24 @ 4 p.m. Eastern. After the webinar, resources will be posted in the Chapter Playbook for Chapters to reference.

The NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation is awarded to NAIFA Chapters upon completion of a live presentation of NAIFA’s 90-minute training program entitled “Empowering Chapter Leaders” by the President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the Chapter’s Board. Our next training is on May 29 @ 3 p.m. Eastern!

Look no further! NAIFA's Speakers Bureau provides high-quality presenters and thought leaders for events across NAIFA Nation. Speakers who apply or who are referred to the Bureau are vetted by the NAIFA Virtual Learning Committee to ensure the speaker’s quality, as well as the relevance of the speaker’s presentations to NAIFA audiences.

Speakers who are selected for inclusion in the NAIFA Speakers Bureau are eligible for speaking slots in a variety of programs including events such as Apex and NAIFA Live. All NAIFA Chapters are encouraged to first look to the talent included in the NAIFA Speakers Bureau for experts to speak at future events.

All experts included in NAIFA’s Centers of Excellence are also included in the NAIFA Speakers Bureau.

The guide includes commitments to NAIFA, noting hours per month, for Presidents, Immediate Past Presidents, President-Elects, Secretary/Treasurers, Membership Chairs, YAT Chairs, DAT Chairs, Advocacy Chairs, IFAPAC Chairs, Grassroots Chairs, Programs Chairs, LILI Chairs, Chapter Executive Directors and Affiliate Leaders.
