Last week more than 90 of the nearly 400 Triangle Team members made the trek to the Arizona Biltmore for the 2024 Apex and National Leadership Conference. Members who qualify for the Triangle Team were treated to early entrance to the Welcome Reception. This was one way that we recognize and thank our most engaged members. Earlier this year, NAIFA rolled out a series of Member-To-Member programs, one of which was the P&C Study Group. NAIFA-Missouri Past President, Jennifer Hodges, approached NAIFA staff about how we can acquire, engage, and retain more P&C agents. From that conversation, the NAIFA P&C Study Group was formed.

Did you know that since 2021 more than 400 students from more than 100 schools have participated in NAIFA's Future Leaders program? This free program allows college students to hear directly from NAIFA members about their careers, the path they took to get where they are, and the things they know now, that they wish they would have known back then. Do you have student members in your chapter? Invite them to participate. If you know of a student (or even a child or grandchild of a client) interested in a career in our industry, invite them to participate in our Future Leaders program to explore career options. Our fall session starts on October 9th.

The Chapter Services Team will be conducting their Q4 training webinar, “Creating Local Engagement for the Expanded NAIFA,” on October 17 @ 3 p.m. Eastern!

NAIFA Memphis/West TN was recently spotted for their 1^st Annual Pickleball Tournament which was held on September 6th. The tournament was a success with a percentage of the proceeds going to Camp Good Grief. There were members that played in the tournament as well as players from the community. It was a day filled with fun while supporting Camp Good Grief!
