As a NAIFA leader, you have probably attended a past Congressional Conference. You're probably also registered to attend this year (If not, you can fix that right now!). But even if you have attended before and even if you are already registered, it's important for you to know that Congressional Conference first-timer travel/accommodations stipends of $500 still remain. NAIFA members who meet eligibility requirements and who have never attended the Congressional Conference are eligible. Please, spread the word among members in your chapter. This is a great way to get someone who is hesitant about participating in NAIFA advocacy involved. The greater our numbers, the more influence we have on Capitol Hill.

The NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation is awarded to NAIFA Chapters upon completion of a live presentation of NAIFA’s 90-minute training program entitled “Empowering Chapter Leaders” by the President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the Chapter’s Board.

The more attendees we have, the greater our influence grows among the lawmakers whose decisions directly affect insurance and financial service professionals and the consumers who rely on you. Please do your part to promote this important event to NAIFA members in your chapter.
