The NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation is awarded to NAIFA Chapters upon completion of a live presentation of NAIFA’s 90-minute training program entitled “Empowering Chapter Leaders” by the President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the Chapter’s Board.

Save the date for this year's National Leadership Conference - October 14! Leaders will convene at the     Darden Sands Family Grounds in Arlington, Virginia for a full day of leadership training. 

The Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training, a dynamic Chapter training program that covers a myriad of Chapter related topics, is an essential program for newer leaders and a great refresher for experienced leaders.
