As you may know, the Chapter Services Team conducts quarterly deep-dive trainings for Chapter leaders. Corey Mathews, Vice President of Membership and Chapter Services, will be conducting our Q1 training webinar, “Building a Successful Membership Program,” on February 27 @ 4 p.m. Eastern. After the webinar, resources will be posted in the Chapter Playbook for Chapters to reference.
Chapter Executive Directors, Chapter Staff, Presidents, Membership Chairs and Membership Committee members are highly encouraged to attend. However, all Chapter leaders are welcome!

NAIFA Memphis/West TN was recently spotted for their monthly social! Each month, every member of the NAIFA Memphis/West TN Chapter is invited to grab a cup of joe and get together with other members to socialize and collaborate about trending topics, Chapter updates, sales ideas, etc.

The Congressional Conference is NAIFA's premier grassroots advocacy event and the most impactful advocacy fly-in in the insurance and financial services industry. This year, our emphasis is expanding our grassroots footprint by ramping up participation by first-time attendees. We are offering the first 100 eligible first-time registrants $500 travel vouchers to encourage their attendance. As a NAIFA leader, please help us make this event a success by 1.) registering and attending yourself, 2.) promoting the Congressional Conference at the Chapter level, and 3.) personally inviting a first-timer to join us in Washington.

The Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training, a FREE Chapter training program that covers a myriad of Chapter related topics, is an essential program for newer leaders and a great refresher for experienced leaders.
