The August 2021 Calendar of Events is here! The August calendar contains updated meeting dates and times for Chapter Leaders, Chapter Staff, Chapter Programs Chairs and Chapter Membership Chairs. In addition, the calendar also includes IFAPAC meetings, the Advisor Ambassador Program, Performance + Purpose and much more! 

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council is an advisory group of volunteers who provide guidance, advice and support to diversity initiatives that will in turn create the cultural shifts as outlined in NAIFA’s 2025 Strategic Plan. They work to ensure that NAIFA has diversity in advocacy, membership and programming by promoting an environment of multiculturalism, equity and inclusion and providing the tools and resources to work with various people groups. Within NAIFA, there are three levels of DEI teams:

Several new resources have been added to the Chapter Playbook this week! 

State Chapters should hold a monthly call with Local Chapter Presidents, Local Chapter Staff and Affiliate leaders. At minimum, the monthly call should include updates on Membership, Advocacy and Programs. State Chapters are encouraged to use the Model Local and Affiliate Meeting Agenda that is now included in the Chapter Playbook!
