Building on the tremendous success of 2025, 2026 promises even more opportunities to rally our members and amplify NAIFA's advocacy impact. This double-elimination tournament-style event runs from February 23 to April 17, focusing on raising funds and recruiting new contributors to support legislative candidates who protect our industry from burdensome regulations and taxes.

The NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation is awarded to NAIFA Chapters upon completion of a live presentation of NAIFA’s 90-minute training program entitled “Empowering Chapter Leaders” by the President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the Chapter’s Board.

NAIFA-Florida was recently spotted celebrating the newest graduates of the Leadership in Life Institute (LILI). More than a traditional leadership course, LILI is an immersive experience designed to sharpen strategic vision, elevate communication skills, and develop leaders committed to service within NAIFA and beyond.
