Did you know that NAIFA has a free program designed for college students considering a career in the insurance and financial services industry? Our Future Leaders program has had hundreds of students come through since launching in 2021. Our next course starts in April. This is a great opportunity to talk to your clients with college students about all the opportunities this industry can provide.  Do you have a student-athlete in your life? Awards applications are starting to roll in for 2024. Don't miss your opportunity to shine! We are pleased to announce a new category for the NAIFA Quality Award. We have launched an Emeritus category for members who are at least 60 years old and who have previously qualified for NQA for a minimum of 15 years.

NAIFA's awards provide an opportunity for our members to differentiate themselves from the crowd and receive national recognition for their contributions. All awards are found in NAIFA's Talent Development Center.

With an extra day this month, that means that you have an additional day to refer a new member to NAIFA...and an extra day to win a $10 Starbucks gift card! During February, you will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card for every member who joins and lists you as their referring member. Just our way of adding an extra "perk" during I ❤️ NAIFA month. 2024 is shaping up to be another strong year for State Legislative Days! Since 2020, NAIFA has been using the message of state legislative days as the Power of You. Power of Us. This means that NAIFA is a powerful force at both the state and federal levels. We want all states to be leveraging this message for their legislative activities. We have made graphics for all states for social media and email headers to use in your marketing efforts. Find your state graphics.

We are so thankful to have so many members who believe in the mission and vision of NAIFA who invite their fellow industry peers to join them at our incredible association. We want to recognize our members who are recruiting members this year. Check out our Top Recruiter page to see who is leading the pack so far this year. We have also broken down who is recruiting members from each state, so that you may recognize those individuals within your chapter.
