We are pleased to publish our 2023 NAIFA Quality Award Winners. Created in 1947, the award recognizes outstanding performance by life insurance agents. Today, the award has expanded to include not only life insurance, but also multiline, financial advising, health, and employee benefits. In addition to questions about personal production, the application provides additional points based on NAIFA involvement, designations, and leadership roles. Congratulations to the 1297 qualifiers!

The Society of Financial Service Professionals' annual Institute is January 28-31 in Jacksonville, FL. This is one of the premier professional development events in the financial service industry and NAIFA members are invited to attend. The Institute features opportunities for productive networking and offers a unique environment that inspires collaborative learning.

Are you registered for the Q1 State of NAIFA webinar? This will be 2024 President Tom Cothron's inaugural update on where our association stands and where we are heading. No NAIFA leader or member should miss it. As always, NAIFA CEO Kevin Mayeux will provide information on association programming and Senior Vice President for Government Relations Diane Boyle will give a legislative and regulatory briefing.
