NAIFA's Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training, a dynamic Chapter training program, is an essential training program for newer leaders and a great refresher for experience leaders! The newly re-launched training covers a myriad of Chapter related topics in an easy-to-use structure. 

Now broken down into a series of short videos, which can be completed in less than two hours, the Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training includes:

New to the Chapter Playbook this week - 2025 Blackout Dates! As a reminder, Chapter programming is prohibited around the FSP Institute, Congressional Conference, the National Leadership Conference and NAIFA Live. Exceptions include LILI classes, NAIFA Live watch parties, study groups, LUTCF classes, LACP exam prep classes and advocacy meetings.

The NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation is awarded to NAIFA Chapters upon completion of a live presentation of NAIFA’s 90-minute training program entitled “Empowering Chapter Leaders” by the President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the Chapter’s Board.
