Become a 2025 NAIFA Certified Leadership Board!

The NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation is awarded to NAIFA Chapters upon completion of a live presentation of NAIFA’s 90-minute training program entitled “Empowering Chapter Leaders” by the President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the Chapter’s Board.

A good Succession Planning Policy can be extremely helpful in guiding the organization's process for recruiting and developing new talent. Having a plan in place puts you in a posture to recruit top talent; avoid groupthink; promote diversity; maintain a balance of creativity and institutional knowledge; promotes trust between leaders and members; and maintains a balance of power on a board.
