Become a NAIFA Certified Leadership Board on December 11 and join these 24 Chapters! The NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation is awarded to NAIFA Chapters upon completion of a live presentation of NAIFA’s 90-minute training program entitled “Empowering Chapter Leaders” by the President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the Chapter’s Board.

New to the Chapter Playbook this week - a new member letter template! As studies have shown that successfully orienting members as to how to utilize the benefits of membership is the single greatest indicator of whether they will continue their membership in the future, Chapters are strongly encouraged to develop a process to welcome their new members.

We are calling for nominations for the 2025 Kenneth Black Leadership Award. If you know someone who demonstrates exemplary leadership qualities and has made a significant contribution toward fulfilling the core values of relationships, education, and ethics, please nominate this individual for the Ken Black Leadership Award. The recipient will be chosen by a selection panel in early December. Note that all recipients must be members of NAIFA and current national Board members are not eligible.
