NAIFA Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training Re-Launches!

In 2020, NAIFA launched the Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training, a dynamic Chapter training program that covers a myriad of Chapter related topics. This year, we have undertaken a comprehensive review of the training and are relaunching the program with great new foundational information in an easy-to-use structure. It’s an essential program for newer leaders and a great refresher for experienced leaders. 

The Blueprint Chapter Leadership Training is now broken down into a series of short videos – which can be completed in less than two hours! Available content includes:

Become a 2025 NAIFA Certified Leadership Board!

The NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation is awarded to NAIFA Chapters upon completion of a live presentation of NAIFA’s 90-minute training program entitled “Empowering Chapter Leaders” by the President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the Chapter’s Board.

As part of the merger of NAIFA and FSP, a Code of Ethics Committee created a document that places the FSP Code of Professional Responsibility within the ethical standards of NAIFA to help explain the application of the NAIFA Code of Ethics.
