Membership is as easy as 1…2…3!
Follow these three steps to ensure membership success:
- As a Chapter Membership Chair, form a Membership Committee. One volunteer for every 100 members in the Chapter is recommended to help spread the workload and build your volunteer bench for the future.
- Always invite nonmembers to events and always ask them to join. This is even easier with our QR codes! Don’t let them leave without being asked to join.
- Scan your membership list for 100% Agencies and for Financial Security Champions! Look at current members and those in agency leadership/ownership. Also, look at your current leadership board and see who knows who. This is incredibly low hanging fruit!
