Group Sales Team


Who We Are

Comprised of members and staff who work to facilitate group sales that are paid for both by the employer/carrier and those that are allowed through payroll deduction.

How to Get Involved

Schedule agency or group presentations:

  • Make a list of general agencies, independent agencies or firms or brokers/wholesalers operating in your state.
  • Identify members within those agencies or groups who can schedule a presentation.
  • Make an introduction to the general agent or managing partner for a member of the recruitment team to schedule the presentation. 
  • As agency and group presentations are scheduled, report them to NAIFA as soon as you schedule the appointment. 

Make an agency or group presentation:

  • Use the Membership Promise Presentation and accompanying script for all agency and group presentations. 
  • Order NAIFA pins to present to new members who join during the presentation. 
  • Distribute Advocate. Educate. Differentiate. materials or promotional items during the presentation.
  • After the presentation is given, submit a report to NAIFA providing feedback on the presentation.
