The Chapter Communications Program is designed to keep Chapter Leaders and Staff up-to-date on the latest information available to empower their success. This program consists of five communications channels, which include the Chapter Leaders Blog, Chapter Leaders Webinars, Cohorts Calls, IFAPAC Chairs Meetings and Grassroots Chairs Meetings.
The Chapter Leaders Blog contains the latest news and information for Chapters, including updates on advocacy, membership, marketing, programs/services, surveys, links to Chapter resources, Chapter reporting requirements and on-demand webinars. Subscribers can choose to receive blog updates on an instant, daily, weekly or monthly basis.
The Chapter Leaders Webinars occur on the first Thursday of each month at 4 p.m. Eastern, and updates Chapter Leaders and Staff on important information on NAIFA membership, programs and Chapter requirements.
The Chapter Cohorts Calls occur bi-monthly with the Chapter Services Team, the Cohort’s FLEX Team Liaison, and the Chapter Leaders and Staff of each Cohort. These calls begin with a brief staff update, followed by a facilitated discussion by the FLEX Team Liaison on pertinent issues, as determined by the Chapters in the Cohort. Staff prepares and disseminates notes on the discussions, following their conclusion.
The IFAPAC Chairs Meetings occur the third week of each month on a regional basis to discuss fundraising efforts, compliance issues, development, ideas, success stories, metrics and outcomes; ensuring that all Chapter IFAPAC Chairs have the latest tools and information to support their success.
The Grassroots Chairs Meetings occur the fourth week of each month on a regional basis to discuss relationship-building, development, ideas, success stories, metrics and outcomes; ensuring that all Chapter Grassroots Chairs have the latest tools and information to support their success.
