Member Retention Cycle
Beginning 90 days prior to renewal, all annual members enter the retention cycle of the membership cycle. NAIFA's Member Experience Team takes the following steps to retain members.
- Email to All Annual Members: Notice to renew. (90 days prior to renewal.)
- Email to All Annual Members: Notice to renew. (60 days prior to renewal.)
- Mail Renewal to All Annual Members: First paper notice to renew. (45 days prior to renewal.)
- Email to All Annual Members: Notice to renew. (30 days prior to renewal.)
