Membership Reports
Downloading Membership Reports – There are two ways to access membership reports. First, Chapter Staff or Chapter Leaders are always more than welcome to email any member of the Chapter Services Team and a report will be generated for them. Available membership reports include Current, Recently Expired, Lapsed and New/Returning. IFAPAC Non-Contributor reports can also be downloaded.
The second way to access membership reports is through your Chapter group page. This can be done by following these instructions.
Updating Member Records – Members are encouraged to update their member record on a regular basis (i.e. Address, Designations, Company, etc.). If a member has never logged in to our website, they will need to click on the Member Login button found on the top right hand corner of our website. If they have NEVER logged in, their username is their email address and they will need to click the reset my password link to get started.
