CHAPTER PLAYBOOK

Member Experience Team


As a vital part of NAIFA’s Member and Chapter Services Department, the Member Experience Team (MET) consists of highly qualified, customer service focused individuals. MET is responsible for responding to inquiries; maintaining member data; supporting membership marketing, accounting/processing, NAIFA AMS account management and program management teams.


Event Support

If your Chapter is hosting an event during NAIFA business hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern), you don’t need to do anything. The NAIFA Member Experience Team will be on hand to answer any questions and process membership applications. Prospective members can call 877-866-2432 and a member of the NAIFA Member Experience Team will process their membership over the phone. If your Chapter event is hosted outside of NAIFA business hours, we can arrange to have an operator standing by from the NAIFA Member Experience Team to process member applications via phone. Please fill out this form 7-10 days in advance so that proper arrangements can be made.
