Chapter Structure
NAIFA is governed by an elected Board of Trustees that defines and sets policy for the strategic direction of NAIFA and its State and Local Chapters. NAIFA is responsible for promoting the NAIFA brand and developing brand standards, which NAIFA Chapters must follow.
NAIFA also is responsible for setting, collecting and distributing membership fees between NAIFA and its State and Local Chapters. NAIFA develops advocacy, professional development and training, and membership programs and services for delivery directly to members and through our Chapter and corporate partner distribution channels. NAIFA recognizes the critical role its Chapters play in delivering a quality member experience through face-to-face networking, professional development and training and political advocacy programs and is committed to the success of its Chapters.
