Cancellations can be made by emailing NAIFA Member Support (info@naifa.org) or calling 877-866-2432. There will be a $100 fee for cancellations made by Friday, October 9th. Cancellations made after October 9th will not receive a refund. NAIFA will only issue refunds for conference registration as indicated in the Cancellation Policy. NAIFA assumes no responsibility for expenses or fees incurred for cancelled airline tickets, hotel accommodations, or other travel related expenses.
