At NAIFA, there’s always exciting news and opportunities to engage. Help us celebrate our top recruiters from July,  find out how to stay informed about our latest membership initiatives, and don’t miss out on the upcoming Apex/NLC session that promises to be a highlight for all attendees. Here’s what you need to know to stay connected and help grow NAIFA Nation!

1. Help us celebrate our top recruiters. In July, there was a tie for the top recruiter between Jack Jerzewski, Jr. loyal member since 2021 from Harrison Township, MI, and Ron Staebell, RICP, CLU, ChFC, AEP, MSFS, loyal member since 1963 from Sioux Falls, SD. Fun fact, NAIFA-Michigan Executive Director, Kay Harless recruited Jack Jerzewski into membership! Jack and Ron will be awarded a $100 Visa Gift Card for their efforts. Check out our list of our 2024 recruiters and celebrate those doing the work in your state!

 2. Are you interested in learning more about how you can help NAIFA grow? We are making the weekly email to membership chairs available in the leaders center on the membership chair website. Each week, we recognize our weekly recruiters, share relevant membership information, and provide quick tips. Here's last week's Quick Tips from NAIFA-Pennsylvania:
NAIFA-PA holds a monthly call organized by their Membership Chair, Tracy Russo-Keesy, where everyone joins a Zoom meeting, receives a call list, mutes themselves while they make their calls, and then does a debrief at the end together on what they've learned. It's a fun, productive hour that strengthens NAIFA and builds bonds between members. NAIFA-PA's next Membership Power Hour is in early September if you want to replicate what they're doing for your chapter.

3. Are you heading to Apex/NLC? Be sure your alarm clock is set because members of the National Membership Committee are going to host an awesome session to get you pumped about membership. Join us on Friday at 8 am to energize and motivate you! (Hint...there may be some special guests participating during this session too...you'll have to be there to find out!)
