Participants will learn strategies for motivating board members, understanding governance responsibilities, aligning with NAIFA’s strategic vision and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
To earn the NAIFA Certified Leadership Board designation, the Chapter President, President-Elect, and at least 80% of the board must participate.
