NAIFA President-Elect, Larry Holzberg, kicked off September by hosting the Monthly Chapter Membership Chairs Meeting with a positive message to the Chapter Membership Chairs. Membership retention efforts/numbers are up, however, we need to focus on new member acquisition in Q4 and beyond.
VP of Member & Chapter Services, Corey Mathews, went over monthly membership numbers for August and announced that NAIFA-Greater Foothills entered the 3% Growth Club in August. In addition, NAIFA-Massachusetts is the newest Chapter to become net positive for the year.
The new NAIFA Membership Team was then broken down through a definition of roles from Suzanne Carawan, VP of Marketing & Communications. Suzanne also walked Chapter Membership Chairs through updates to the online join process, the definition of memberships types, and announced the exciting fall membership campaign “Taxation Needs Representation.”
Randy Clark, Senior Director of Membership Sales provided an update on his recent company and agency meetings, companies contacted, and group sales/100% Agency progress.
