NAIFA’s advocacy educates and informs policymakers so they understand the important work insurance and financial professionals do to help American families and businesses achieve their financial goals and attain financial security. Well-informed officials make better decisions to serve NAIFA members and their clients as well as all Americans who seek financially secure futures.
Several lawmakers and regulators have asked NAIFA how our members became financial professionals – particularly whether they have been financial professionals for their entire careers or if they pursued the profession as a second (or subsequent) career. They are also interested in what motivates NAIFA members as they serve the financial interests of Americans.
The survey is very short and will take less than a minute to complete, but it will help NAIFA’s Advocacy Team inform policymakers on the important services NAIFA members provide.
